First card after all the Christmas ones so I am having a change Coloured the little girl with Prisma Pencils and blended with Zest It I cut the flowers with the Cuttlebug and then used some glue and Diamond Dust to make them sparkle
Just a few more in case anyone needs them The Gary Barlow one if for Vicki My eldest daughter who says she would like to live on a desert island with Gary and Ferrero Rocher chocolates so no guesses for what's going in the box Gave him a Santa hat as an afterthought
My OH loves the wild birds that come to feed and use the bird bath in our garden So I thought that this country snowman with the birds would make and ideal card for him
Been cleaning the craft room this morning and came across a few embossed and prima coloured pencil bits I did a while ago. This is what I ended up with combining a few things.Well that's the next friends birthday sorted The bear is printed on the computer then coloured with Prima pencils.

I just couldn't resist putting this little lady on a card. Isn't she cute She is called Tiny Ice Princess I highlighted bits of the dress etc with Sakura Stardust pens The vertical sentiment was a bit of a pain but I got there in the end.

Another of those Christmas cards in modern colours I seem to have been on a theme with these this year. Last year it was all decoupage. This year I have haven't done much decoupage at all. Wonder what next years will be like There seems to something different in the card making market every year.
These were a bit of a challenge My friend wanted 15 cards .All different with different sentiments She is retiring from the school were I used to work and wants a card for each department Nothing to fancy she said so here they are Rest on other post
Just got this stamp today but it was to nice to resist. So I made a card for my friends birthday which is in October. Nearly was a disaster When I had finished I noticed I had the birds upside down to which my OH said "It doesn't matter cos birds hang upside down anyway" Now only a man could have said that Luckily I managed to turn it round
My youngest grandson Luke is seven and very outspoken and bright but never rude or cheeky He is a very a lively lad and only an over the top Christmas card would be okay for him This one is very bright but he will love it and its just him.
One of my friends is retiring from the school I used to work at and as my son just sent me this Penny Black stamp for my birthday I thought it was very appropriate for her card I love the sentiment on this Had to look long and hard for the right one Hope she will like it.
Well I finally did a card that is in the "Christmas Colours" The snowflakes are glittery although it doesn't show on the photo At least my OH was delighted with it Guess what sort of card he will be getting this year He has gone on enough about Christmas colours
This card was a joy to make.It all came together as I wanted it to.I am getting great use from the Nestabilities and wondering which of the others I can get next
I am sure this card would be okay for Christmas but my other half doesn't think so Unless it has holly Santa and is red green and gold it isn't a Christmas card to him I don't agree I think a Christmas card can be any colour as most of mine this year are not traditional colours
I have made this card for a young lady who when I was working with her adopted me as her MUM.She is a dear friend with two young children who has just been told she has breast cancer for the second time She thought after getting the all clear a year or so ago she was okay but this news is devastating as it is so much more advanced than the first one.I hope and pray that fate will smile on her and make her well I love her dearly
